Teaser Tuesday: August 26th

I’m not sure if I’ll ever catch up at this point.  For good reason…maybe…I’ve been spending my naptimes (blog times) painting and organizing various (unending) house projects.  And then my nights during reading time, I look forward to just that – reading!  So writing reviews has taken a backseat.  I’m now 4-5 behind.  Some good, some ok, nothing I HAVE to rave about.  But thanks for your patience.  I look forward to Tuesdays – so I will continue with teasers!

Today’s is from an impulse (free) Amazon download, a filler I guess in between some NetGalley new releases (I think I have 4 lined up for September!) called Just Destiny by Theresa Rizzo (click on the book for more information below.)

“This is the fifth letter I’ve received.  These people live through hell.  Every time I feel sorry for myself, I read one of these letters and I feel so fortunate.”
(59% into book)

Thanks for stopping by today! Share yours in the comments please!

Teaser Tuesdays is a weekly bookish meme, hosted by MizB of Should Be Reading. Anyone can play along! Just do the following:

• Grab your current read
• Open to a random page
• Share two (2) “teaser” sentences from somewhere on that page
• BE CAREFUL NOT TO INCLUDE SPOILERS! (make sure that what you share doesn’t give too much away! You don’t want to ruin the book for others!)
• Share the title & author, too, so that other TT participants can add the book to their TBR Lists if they like your teasers!

  1. I’m curious who is sending her these letters, why, how they got her name and address.

Mine this week is a series mystery: http://wp.me/pZnGI-bM

  2. Oh I’m liking the teaser and glad you’ve decided to keep up with this meme while your blog takes a backseat to life for a while…. Thanks for visiting my TT http://cleopatralovesbooks.wordpress.com/2014/08/26/tuesday-teaser-august-26/
